Cofre Moderno Guayacán

Handmade in Guayacán wood with box and lid. The yellowish sapwood joins the greenish heartwood with dark veins. Three points of imported exotic wood (Ebony, Paduk, Nazareno) are included in order to show that our wood has properties and colors of greater contrast and beauty. The wood is polished and sealed with the use of motes that generate heat during their high-speed rotation using 3 special pastes. The interior has hand-applied beeswax with an orange scent. The heartwood contains a lot of resin and gives off a lasting rose scent. Guayacán is known in the international market as “lignum Vitae (wood of life), due to its historical use to treat arthritis, gout, and other diseases.
